Good start from Eastern Eagles, they were off From the first whistle, the Wootton’s made the defence so tight that Drayton Grange couldn’t get to Burrows in goal. Great play by Fox in the midfield, gave Merrey and Hartgrove time to work the ball, and soon, had a goal each in the back of the net. The second half saw Hinds, Smith and Brennan on as sub’s to hold up the defence and midfield, but with quality goal keeping from Burrows, Drayton Grange only pulled back a goal. Quality game, good start to the season Eagles.
