A great start to the second half of the season for The Eagles with a 3-0 win and a great team performance. Merrey scored a belter of a free kick about five minutes into the game and followed it up with his second minutes after. Eagles defence did very well throughout and helped keep a clean sheet and Soan had about one real save to make and he did just that with a great reaction stop. but it was the attacking part of the game that really worked well. MOM winner Haines kept creating chances throughout and it was his corner that led the third goal from Sparks who scored his first for the team with a well timed header. Haines also created chances for Jackson, Draycott and Marden but they were narrowly missed. A good team effort lads, well done
